Do you price match?
I am afraid we do not participate in price matching incentives.

 

If a price of a product has been reduced am I entitled to a refund?
Product lines are reduced throughout the season to achieve sell out and the closer we get to the end of the season the less you will pay but you also run the risk of the product/size required being unavailable. We believe the price agreed at the time of your order is the price you are happy to pay and we will not be able to refund any difference should that item subsequently be discounted.

 

I have seen a product which no longer appears to be in stock?
If we have a quick selling line or if we are at the end of a season demand can exceed supply. Our stock systems work on real time and will only let you order if we have stock showing as available. If you are unable to add something to your basket it means that the last one has already been taken by another customer.

Throughout a season we may re-stock certain product lines but if the goods are in the sale the likelihood is that we will not be receiving further deliveries.

My order still hasn't arrived. How can I find out where it is?
Please log on in to your account using your username and password click this link https://www.slykclothing.co.uk/page-login.html
You can use the delivery tracking number provided when you placed your order to track your item with Royal Mail. If you cannot find your delivery tracking number please contact sales@slykclothing.co.uk, quoting your order reference number.

How long will my order take to reach me?
UK Shipments
We use a signed for next day service with Royal Mail for all UK consignments and normally take between 2 and 3 working days from despatch.

International Shipments
Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail Airmail using their International Signed For Service and will typically take up to 7 working days from despatch.

Do you deliver overseas?
Yes we deliver to most European countries as well as America, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail Airmail using their International Signed For Service - the cost for this service is a flat rate of £9.50 for Europe and £17.50 for the rest of the world regardless of the value or number of items ordered.

Can I send my order to a different delivery address?
Slyk Clothing have to ship to the address which your card issuer confirms as being valid for your card. When paying this tends to be the address to which the card is registered and with PayPal it must be a confirmed address within your PayPal profile.

If you would like the item to be delivered to another address in which case we ask you to email your internet order reference and the name and address of your business to sales@slykclothing.co.uk, We shall verify these details and process accordingly

What if an item is missing from my order?
If you think that an item is missing from your order please contact one of our customer service advisors on sales@slykclothing.co.uk who will be more than happy to help.
